Now - August 12th

"Urban Harvest"-Join Cumulus Broadcasting as they broadcast live from downtown Bismarck during Urban Harvest. Every Thursday from downtown Bismarck will be transformed into a picturesque open-air market that features a variety of local artists, crafters, food vendors, farmers and entertainers. 10 am – 8 pm. 10 am – Children’s Hour. Noon – Music (Mike Swenson) & Lunch. 1 pm – Various Entertainment. 2 pm – Open Mic Hour. 3 pm – Urban Idol. 5 pm – Wellness Hour. 6 pm to end of evening – Music Opener: Black Cat Rumble, Headliner: The Levee. "ND Governor's Cup Fishing Derby"-At Ft. Stevenson State Park. 252 teams competing for the Governor's Cup 34th annual championship. Flights to out between 7:00 an & 8:30 am. Weigh-ins begin at 3:00 pm. For more information contact 701-337-5576

"Jekyll & Hyde"-Presented by Sleepy Hollow Summer Theatre. Sleepy Hollow Arts Park, 8:30 nightly. "Beat the Sunrise Roadrace"- Annual road race to benefit the Mandan High School Cross Country Team ~ 5K walk 5K run and 10K run $15 registration begins at 7:00am races start at 8:00am. "Apple Dash Walk/Run 4 Education"- Sponsored by Bismarck Public Schools Alumni Foundation. 4:00 pm. Events will be 1/2 mile, 1 mile and 5K run/walk. There will also be a picnic dinner, face painting, rock climbing wall, inflatables and other fun family activities. Ribbons will be given to all participants, and special awards to the top male and female finishers at the elementary, middle school, high school, and adult categories. "2010 Beerfest"- Bismarck Civic Center, Exhibit Hall, 5-9 pm. A Bismarck/Mandan Beer Festival celebrating the diversity of products available, while supporting a great cause. This year's event will feature more than 30 different speciality beer products sampled, brewmasters, entertainment by The Rift and food provided by Cloverdale Meats. Following the event, the sponsors will present a check to IMPACT ND and ADULT RESOURCE CENTER with the proceeds from the event.
