March 6th
"28th Annual Wild ‘N Wooly Boots-N-Buckles Round up Wing Ding"- At the Bismarck Radisson Hotel, 605 E. Broadway. Music and entertainment will be provided by Merrill Piepkorn’s band, the “Radio Stars”. The “Radio Stars” are well known for their authentic western music and have performed throughout North Dakota. They recently entertained in Medora, the Hostfest in Minot, and live on “American Public Radio” with Garrison Keillor. Piepkorn will also serve as the Auctioneer for the evening activities. Social and silent auction begins at 6:00 pm with a buffet dinner, live auction and dancing to follow. Tickets are $35 per person or $280 for a Table of 8. "Candidate Information Forum"- There are opportunities to server fellow Mandan citizens in 2010 and beyond. Learn about the role you can play on the Mandan City Commission, Morton County Commission, Mandan School Board and Mandan Park Board at this free informational event on Tuesday, march 9th from 7-8:30pm at the Mandan Community Center. "Morton County Ag Day"- Join HOT 97.5 and 103.3 US Country as we broadcast live from the Mandan Community Center, 1pm-4pm during the 2010 Morton County Ag Day! This America's largest classroom on agriculture! Morton County Ag Day features a petting zoo, agriculture education booths, live animals, sheep shearing demonstrations, farm safety, puppet shows, name the calf contest, coloring contest and much more! "Walking With Dinosaurs - The Arena Spectacular"- At the Bismarck Civic Center - 3 performances only. Tuesday, April 13 @ 7:00 pm, Wednesday April 14 @ 3:00 pm & 7:00 pm.
